Once again, political correctness, once again the refusal to enforce the law and the borders has lead to evil.
Oh, and two of the three rapists were able to be on welfare. Just what is it that they are doing that Americans won't? I think we have quite enough rapists here already. We need not import any more, and we certainly don't need to provide a stipend to support them.
