Daily Illegal Aliens Outrage December 15

The story comes from the Citizen Tribune in Morristown, Tennessee. And it involves American citizens suffering damage as a result of the actions of illegal aliens in our country and the - in my humble opinion - criminal nonfeasance in office and manifest dereliction of duty on the part of a variety of public officials. A string reaching right into the Oval Office.

George W. Bush, j'accuse!
Oh, and the story involves a familiar name, Koch Foods. A firm already in trouble for hiring illegal aliens at a variety of plants, and which should have been in trouble for similar actions at other ones as well. I'd like to see the CEO in prison and his personal assets looking at forfeiture. That might get some attention.

Anyway, here's the headline Newport couple faces taxes on income never earned

The story gets really ugly. It gets into identity theft. It gets into illegals using someone else's identity to work in another state. It gets into the point that the IRS wants to seize and sell the victim's home in order to satisfy tax obligations run up by the illegal alien, Elizabeth Velasco Bautista. You'll love this part: ''
The interloper in Mr. Costner’s life was Douglas Valdez, according to Ellis. Ellis says Valdez avoided the identity-theft charge because a judge ruled that it was not a crime to use someone’s identity to obtain employment.''
Like that?
Oh, and the victim's husband got in a problem due to these illegals when in ''
April 2006 when learned that he was in danger of losing his driver’s license because of unpaid citations for speeding and driving without insurance.

The traffic stop came at 3 o’clock in the morning while Mr. Costner was asleep. Also, the driver reportedly did not speak English.''
and that creep turned out to be Douglas Valdez.

So, our country is invaded by criminals, with the criminal connivance of Koch Foods and the criminal dereliction of duty by public officials at all levels, and citizens go through great troubles at the hands of that same government.
This is not what some of us thought that this country was all about.

BUILD THE DANG WALL!!

DECLARE WAR ON MEXICO, AND PROSECUTE IT!!

DEPORT ALL THE ILLEGALS, DO IT NOW, AND BILL THE NATIONS OF ORIGIN FOR THE COST, WITH INTEREST, AND DON'T BE POLITE ABOUT COLLECTING IT

Illegal Aliens September 22 w/ update

Haven't posted much of these lately - haven't been in the mood, I guess.
Try this:

4 men arrested in headless body case
We must have had a shortage of those who like to commit murder and then dismember the bodies. I guess we needed to import some. Thanks for nothing, W. Thanks for nothing, McCain. Thanks for nothing, Mel Martinez. Thanks for nothing, Ted Kennedy (spit, spit). Thanks for nothing, Lindsay Graham. Thanks for nothing, Mike Chertoff.

UPDATE: Forgot this one earlier. Woman with knife fends off attacker
Yes, three of those ''just doing the things Americans won't'' sent one of their bravest to attack a 3-month-pregnant woman. She won, by the way, using a pocketknife that probably would have gotten HER arrested in Merrie Old England. So, now in jail (briefly, I'm sure, Mike Chertoff and GW Bush will fret until they're freed) are three ILLEGAL ALIENS. Hear that, W? ILLEGAL ALIENS attacking pregnant women. So we get Filemon Del Hoyo, 18, Abel Lorenzo Reyes, 18, and Isidro Mendoza, 22, all of Mesa. Oh, by the way, one had just been deported Monday, and managed to re-invade by Thursday. Seems we don't yet have a FENCE! And it seems that one of these illegitimate sons of whores may even be released, even though he's known to be an illegal.

Thanks for nothing, W.

Backlink to the Anchoress part 2

Let me say first that I respect and admire the owner of the site. That she is a devout Roman Catholic, and I am not; that she has her take on a number of issues that is not in perfect agreement with mine, does not alter that in the least. Reasonable people may differ on range of issues and not descend into bitter rancor. I thank her for her devotion and tone of respect.
Just for the record, and perhaps some self-aggrandizement, I am showing below the backlinks to some comments that I made on a recent thread on the issues surrounding illegal aliens in America. She by no means agrees with me, but has nevertheless graciously posted my rather lengthy comments. Your are invited to examine the entire colloquy.
It begins here
My comments are here , here, and here.
Again, I have profound admiration and respect for her, even in principled disagreement. May her tribe increase.

Today's Episode of the North American Union folly

Easiest thing to do is to just post the link. Go here, and read
Mexican official urges North American Union
Tells Denver trade conference EU is 'model we need to follow quickly
yeah, this is what the ''right'' people want. Guess they didn't think it necessary to ask our opinion of the matter.

Today's Reading August 21

This morning is a little bit rough. Friday afternoon I was led to believe that I would be getting a job offer yesterday. Late in the afternoon I was contacted and told that the answer is NO. Yes, I'm everything and more that they said they wanted. But .... It seems that the plant manager of one of the plants that I would have been responsible for supporting, located in the greater Dallas area, is unhappy that I don't speak Spanish. It appears that a large portion of their hourly workforce is, ummmmm, ''undocumented'', meaning illegal aliens from Mexico, something that had been concealed from me during my visit there. So, once again, an American gets stuck because the leaders of the nation refuse either to obey or to enforce the law.
I hope you'll forgive me if I'm just a bit bitter.
_-_-_-_===
This morning's passage is Psalms 119, verses 1 through 48. This Psalm is the longest of all, the longest chapter in the Bible, I believe. We will be here a few days.
My primary study Bible here has this subtitled as ''Meditations on the Excellencies of the Word of God'' . This Psalm is broken up into sections each subtitled with one of the letters of the Hebrew alphabet. Thus verses 1 through 8 are under aleph, 9 through 16 under beth, and so on. That serves a couple of purposes, and this is a VERY long section. (It's also a neat way to learn the Hebrew alphabet - we once had a lady wanting to know where she could see some of it in order to make a banner or something : we told her to go look up this Psalm and she would find all the characters in the sub-headings in her own Bible. She'd never noticed before.)
The Psalm lives up nicely to that subheading as you will see. Just start with the first few verses and the direction becomes clear, I think.

1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
4 Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
5 O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!
6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.
7 I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
8 I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee
.

______
This evening's passage is First Corinthians Chapter 3
There is - or was, a few years ago - in a small church in Lousiville, Ohio, where my brother was married a number of years ago, a banner hung across the front, with verse 11 from this passage,
11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
It's a good one, and one frequently forgotten. We were in a Methodist church for a few years - we left for a number of reasons, but one was because the foundation seemed to be John Wesley, not Jesus Christ. We have friends in some of the Presbyterian groups, but too often the foundation seemed to be John Calvin, not Jesus Christ. We have friends in the various Catholic churches, but foundations seems to be the writings of the popes and long-dead clerics, not Jesus Christ. I myself came out of the Mennonite tradition, and too often the foundation was Menno Simons, Conrad Grebel, Joseph Amman, and old-world traditions, and not on Jesus Christ. I am not looking to cause more inter-denominational fights, there are enough of them already. But sometimes the heritage and the traditions are too much the focus, and not the springboard. Watch the foundation.

Who says it's impossible?

I have been listening for far too long to craven liars whining that we can't enforce the law, we can't keep out the illegals, we can't remove the illegals, we can't gain control of our borders, or our destiny, or our nation.

BULL!
We've been here before, and we've dealt with it before. And what man has done, man can aspire to do again.
Go here and read the account.

It's one thing to try and fail. It is another thing to be afraid to try because you might fail. It is inexcusable to refuse to try because you might succeed. That is how we must characterize the criminal nonfeasance of the President and the behavior of much of the Senate.

Illegal Immigration, Part 1008 or more

Many of us are outraged by the latest effort by the White House, the Rockefeller wing of the Republican Party, that hate-America wing of the Democrats (most of them, in other words), LULAC, La Raza, the government of Mexico, the Wall Street Journal, and a whole mess of others to dismiss the sovereignty of the United States and to render citizenship as a worthless thing.
Part of this effort involves a whole spin effort, lies and deceit actually, by the President and his flaks. I expected better of him and am now sorry for my votes and other efforts in his behalf.
Red State has posted several good articles on the matter. I particularly commend to the attention of all the point by point refutation of the official lies on the subject. You may find it at http://www.redstate.com/stories/featured_stories/

Illegal Immigration, Part 1006 and the Border Travesty

It just doesn't seem to improve, does it? I'm referring not only to the continuing violation of the territorial integrity of the United States, but also of the wretched record of the Bush administration in the matter. Not content with a consistent record of non-performance in the matter, not content with slandering those who have an expectation that the law and the nation's border will be honored, the Administration, acting through the ill-named Justice Department has now railroaded two good Border Agents into a Federal prisons, and as a further injustice, have arranged that there locations will be nearly as far as is possible from their families.
One of the many good takes on the matter can be found over at the News From the Border blog

Let me be frank. I voted for Mr. Bush in two general elections. In many respects, he has been a great president. In other respects, he has been a catastrophe for the nation. The defense of and honor of the nation's borders and those who protect them is one of those catastrophic issues.

Illegal aliens, part 1003 and the death of innocents

Sometimes it seems that some things never end. Take for example the ongoing carnage in our nation from illegal immigrants. Sometimes it is expressed in the death of citizens as they wait too long for care in an Emergency Room crowded with those who have zero business in our borders.

Sometimes it appears in the death, injury, rape, or fear resulting from the depradations of roving gangs who have, with good reason, no respect for our laws, culture, or criminal justice system. (and who can blame them?).

Sometimes, far too often, the result of the illegal aliens invading this nation appear in the newspapers as they report yet more death and injury resulting from traffic accidents caused by illegal aliens behind the wheel, quite often very drunk. Here's another such, out of North Carolina (odd how many times North Carolina figures in these), reported in the Fayetteville Observer under the heading Man charged in driving deaths apparently in U.S. illegally with N.C. driver's license

By the way, his blood alcohol level was four times the legal limit.

To add to the insult, back in February these creep refused a breathalyzer test at the scene of yet another accident. Yet his license (unlawfully obtained) was not suspended, nor was he apprehended as an illegal, nor was he arrested and required to appear. And so, two more US citizens are dead.

I have heard, until I want to vomit, the lie that illegals simply ''do the work that Americans won't do.'' That is a lie. It is a big lie, and it is an accursed lie, and I for one resent it - I've DONE a lot of the scutwork jobs these liars are referring to, and so have many other Americans.

I want to be kind. On this issue, there is no nice way to put this:

  • Enforce the laws. ALL of them.
  • Deport the illegals. ALL of them.
  • Arrest the employers. ALL of them.
  • Arrest those who aid and abet illegals. ALL of them, including the worthless two-bit liars that set up these ''sanctuary cities'' and those who REFUSE to do their sworn duty in this matter.
  • Erect the walls, include sound sensors to detect tunnels, on the Mexican and Canadian borders. Do it immediately.
  • Tell the government of Mexico to butt out, and give a strong hint that we are considering a Declaration of War.
  • Immediately present a bill to the government of Mexico on behalf of US citizens damaged by the incursions of these illegal invaders. Hold all cargo coming across the border as collateral for these bills.
  • Repudiate NAFTA and CAFTA.
  • Then get tough.

Another ''rape Americans Won't Do''

And yet one more example of the fruits of the criminal non-feasance in office of our high elected officials, and another attack in the de facto state of war that exists between the United States of America and Mexico.
Seems that Leopoldo Sanchez, an illegal alien (I know that's not the term approved by the cultural elites, the MainStream Media, most of the politicians in Washington on either side of the aisle, but heck with them), having once been deported for illegal activities, crossed our porous border again and raped at least one woman in the Houston, Texas area. See the story at the Houston Chronicle under the heading of Rape Suspect Had Been Deported Earlier This Year .
In the meantime, we finally have an agreement to build a fence along a short section of the border, though have no plan in place to finance it.
I have a suggestion, or rather several.

  1. A person who has not learned once won't learn twice. He does not intend to change his behavior. Hang him. Do it today. He is an invader, and is not - in my humble opinion - entitled to the legal protections afforded to US citizens or lawful visitors. He is an invader bent on evil designs. Hang him. Publicly.
  2. Those who have excused such patterns of behavior have acted the part of enablers. There should be consequences. Suggestions are welcome. I like the idea of public floggings, though the stocks and the pillory have their fans.
  3. This is a natural consequence of various public policy decisions on the part of the rulers of Mexico. My view of the matter is that there is now and has for some time been a State of War between the US and Mexico. Therefore:
  • repudiate NAFTA, immediately
  • declare war
  • close the border, totally
  • declare such organizations as LULAC, MALDEF, MEChA, La Raza and their ilk to be subversive and treasonous organizations dedicated to the violent overthrow of the United States. Act accordingly.
FINALLY
If I EVER again hear the lie about ''jobs Americans won't do'', I won't be responsible for my actions. That is a lie, an insult, and it's uncalled for.
